What is the ICF?
Our fate, our future is tied to that of our environment.
We are in a period of mass extinctions. This is almost unprecedented in the history of our planet and is primarily due to human activity. Stopping this massive loss of biodiversity will require the most innovative solutions we can find in conservation and environmental sciences from around the world. Environmental security works best when people see the value in engaging in sound and sensible environmental practices.
The ICF was set up to enable experts in the environment and conservation to share their ideas with all of us. The site has a place to publish articles, to blog, to innovate, and above all else to share solutions and work together to implement them.
Please pass on what you see here to others. In the end, we only have one home, one Earth, and it is up to each of us to save it.
